Following the closing the reservation, you will have five (5) business days to review and confirm this IPv4 address block's details are accurate and move forward. We will provide the following information:

 

  1. Full IPv4 netrange
  2. Purchase agreement
  3. Detailed blacklist report
  4. Payment information

 

IPv4 Transfer Process

 

  • After payment has been confirmed, the seller of IPv4 address block will initiate transfer request with respective regional Internet registry (RIR). One of our team members from will share seller's org-id, transfer ticket, and relevant information with the buyer.
  • The buyer will then initiate transfer ticket with respective RIR and share such information with our team.
  • The respective RIR will do their due diligence and keep buyer and seller updated.
  • the RIR will approves the seller and notify them, and we will relay that information to the buyer
  • Both seller and buyer shall cooperate with the relevant RIR(s) in a timely manner and provide all information reasonably necessary to receive RIR approval for the transfer.
  • The buyer shall pay all RIR transfer fees required to successfully complete transfer of the IPv4 address block into the buyer's RIR account.
  • Upon confirmation of the completed transfer from the buyer's RIR and updated registration in the buyer's RIR whois registry, we will release the purchase price to the seller.

FAQ: Buying IPv4

Once you are ready to purchase an IPv4 address block you click on "Request Info" and submit your information. A representative will then send you a full blacklist report, a purchase agreement and payment information. We don't require any upfront commitment

This is a permanent transfer of the IPv4 address block into your internet registry account. It will be a one-time fee, no additional yearly and monthly costs.

Specific to ARIN, Buyers must demonstrate a business justification to be eligible to receive an IPv4 Subnet. Buyers are required to receive approval from their respective Regional Internet Registry. Here are some tips:

  • Demonstrate usage of at least 50% of the IPv4 addresses over two (2) years.
  • Demonstrate 80% usage of the sum of all current IPv4 assignments and allocations
  • If you are using carrier assigned space, it's easy to ask for your own IPv4 space as a way to migrate off carrier blocks and avoid being tied down by a specific company.

This report will be provided to the Buyer before payment is made to confirm and verify the information to be accurate. If the Buyer finds any IPs not to be clean and provides the proof, we can replace with a different IPv4 Address Block or Buyer can cancel the order.
